However, if we fail to deliver quality paper or ignore some instructions (nearly impossible), we will offer a refund according to this Refund Policy. Each refund case will be reviewed separately by our team.
Refund Policy
The following are the cases when you are entitled to a refund or no refund:
- No Writer assigned to your Order. In this case, we can refund 100% of the funds to your balance account. To reclaim the money from your current balance, press "Request a refund of your balance" on the order details page.
- The writer is assigned, but you cancel the Order within 6 hours. We reserve the funds from your account when the writer is assigned. In this case, the refund amount varies from 100% to 20%, depending on the stage of work done by the writer.
- Missed deadline with no extension. You get a full refund if your assigned writer fails to deliver the paper within the official deadline set by the customers and there was no agreement for an extension.
- Poor quality papers even after three revisions. Get a full refund if your paper scores a failing grade, even after three revision attempts. You get a partial refund if your paper is low quality and you lack time for revision.
- No refund claim when you cannot provide evidence for the poor quality paper: you get zero refund without proof of a low score or negative feedback from the instructor.
- No refund claim for papers already submitted and lasted two weeks.

After the refund confirmation, We will process it within 2-6 business days. Please note that the company can not be held responsible for your bank fees, processing time, and/or possible delays due to bank service issues.
