You previously visited an organization (Prime Hydration LLC, Jacquart Fabric Products, Feastables, Inc), and this organization will serve as the foundation for your capstone project. You will be asked to prepare an A3 report to address the production line issue you identified earlier.

For this module's capstone milestone, you need to start creating the A3 report. Use the information gathered from the organization's website, the field trip, course resources, and any additional research to develop the first sections of your A3 report, including Problem Definition, Background and Goals, and Current State.

• Formulate a problem statement.

• Create visual representations (graphs, charts, etc.) to illustrate why this is a problem. Include relevant metrics related to quality, cost, lead time, and/or safety.

• How can you resolve these issues?

• Do you need more staff or equipment?

• Note that proposing faster runtimes or purchasing quicker machines is not allowed.
