Select one peer-reviewed quantitative or quasi-experimental educational research study.

Briefly identify the study’s:

• Research purpose or research question

• Quantitative research design

Identify at least three threats to internal or external validity that are present in the study or could reasonably apply based on the design. For each threat:

• Name the threat

• Explain why it is a concern

• Describe how it could affect the study’s findings

• Suggest one way the threat could be reduced or addressed

Focus on analysis and evaluation, not summarizing the article.
