Instructions: 

The research paper should focus on “Teacher Burnout in Dubai Private Schools: An Organizational Psychology Analysis of Workplace Factors and Interventions,” and must examine burnout as a workplace issue using the Maslach Burnout Inventory, which measures burnout across emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment.

The paper should be approximately 3500–4500 words and follow the required structure.

Begin with an introduction (400–600 words) that explains the context of Dubai private schools, defines teacher burnout, and highlights its importance in the UAE (including its impact on teacher retention, performance, and student outcomes).

Then write a literature review (900–1200 words) using 8–12 academic sources (at least 5 peer-reviewed), where you explain burnout theories, organizational psychology concepts such as job demands and job resources, and previous research findings in UAE or similar educational contexts.

The methodology section (400–600 words) should clearly state that the study uses qualitative secondary research, relying on existing literature, reports (such as KHDA), and academic studies rather than primary data collection.
