For this week’s assignment, address the following questions:
1. Assume that you are convinced that creativity and innovation are legitimate parts of a leader’s role, what percent of your working time do you think you should invest in creative and innovative thinking? Explain your reasoning.
2. Speak to the most creative person you know in any field, and find out if he or she uses any specific creativity-enhancing technique. Share your findings in the paper.
3. In the United States, a person who has an English (U.K.) accent is often at an advantage in obtaining a leadership position. What is your opinion of the ethics of a person developing such an accent in order to get promoted?
