You may visit a general engineering company, the internet, library, engineering journals, textbooks, or any other resource to determine what tools/techniques one can use to solve the problem the said organization has.- 4.1. Select the most suitable quantitative operations management technique(s) to solve your unique problem.
- 4.2. Fully explain the selected quantitative operations management technique(s).
- Follow the general approach to quantitative analysis for management to solve the identified problem and write your report.
