Nursing Resume
Building blocks of an ePortfolio include a current professional resume/curriculum vitae, personal biography, work philosophy, and artifacts of learning. Learning artifacts are documents or media files that are electronic evidence of learning and growth over time. Used thoughtfully, artifacts can demonstrate skills, abilities, experiences, or competency. Examples include a graded professional paper, group project, etc.
Perform a Google search and review several professional ePortfolios.
For this assignment, you will need to be creative and develop your own. You will professionally market yourself on your ePortfolio for a job with a future employer/company. How could you be beneficial to their company/their patients?
You will want to use what you have learned in this course and discuss advancing your role as a BSN prepared RN. You will need to submit a recorded video regarding promotion of your best self within your ePortfoilio. You may use YouTube or other formats to develop your video and post it within your ePortfolio. Some students in the past have used google.drive, site123, wixsite.com, flipstack.com, Weebly, PowerPoint, etc.
You are not expected to pay for any product or format. Your video should last no more than 5 (five) minutes total. You may also submit a website you have created for yourself. Just make sure you have a working link and there is a recorded video embedded.
